My Valentines' Day...

Yesterday was the best valentine's day I ever had. Mummy and Daddy came to visit! =) It was great being together again. I'm so glad to have such wonderful parents who are willing to drive two and a half hours all the way to this middle-of-nowhere town to spend the time with me. 

We had lunch at Secret Recipe. I had a quarter roast chicken set with french fries, cauliflower, carrots and green peas. It was yummy but very filling. I ate a lot even though I didn't finish the fries. Mummy and I then shared a slice of chocolate brownie. It was the yummiest lunch ever! 

After lunch, we went searching for a birthday present for me. After browsing through some jewelry shops,  we went into a watch shop and one watch immediately caught my eye. I though it was a wee bit too dressy at first but soon fell in love with it and felt that no other would suit me better. It was a baby blue one with blue crystals on the band...something like a bracelet. Me loves it~ I know...those who know me would say it's definitely the shiny-ness...I love shiny things...but it's real pretty nonetheless.  *many smiles*

We went to the park after that. The name of that park's pretty long...named after an Indian gentleman...but surprisingly, I happen to remember it. It's called Taman Dr. Seenivasagam. =P A pretty place with a lake in the centre. We took lots of photos but I was afraid of getting my dress wet on the grass so we didn't take any grassy ones. Will wait for Mummy to upload the pics and then maybe I can post it up. 

We went to get fruits in Ipoh Garden South 'cos my stock had already gone dry. Mummy and Daddy showed me the house they used to live in when I was a tiny tot...a shop lot above a telecommunication shop. Cute lil' place. >.<>

After another big dinner of yong tau fu, we drove back to UTP. The day had flown by real fast... I enjoyed every bit of it. But it had not ended yet. I went to prayer meeting that night and they had a surprise birthday party for me at midnight. It was real sweet of them. =) Will be playing in the worship team today and so I've gotta get ready soon. All's going perfectly well except that I woke up with a bad running nose...must have been the lack of sleep during the girls' sleepover that night. Hope it goes away soon~
