A rojak of stories

This will be random cos I've got so many random stories to tell. =)

1. Chinese New Year was kinda quiet this year. Met up with my secondary school classmates at our favourite mamak, Subaidah, and was pleasantly surprised when they all exclaimed that I've grown prettier. (syok sendiri). =P
2. First day of work was really fun. It was rather quiet at first when I sat at a table with three other guys. One just closed his eyes, another kept talking on the phone and the third kept looking around. All three were obviously as bored as I was. I finally couldn't stand it anymore and started talking with the guy on the phone as I made a hypothesis that he could talk more. And I was proven right a few minutes later. =)
3. My colleagues are all really nice and friendly. They're all talkative!!! And I'm oh so glad for that! *big big BIG smile*
4. Yesterday I suddenly realised that my chopstick skills probably suck. One colleague asked if I needed a fork when I thought I was doing rather okay with my roasted pork noodles. =/
5. Lunch today was soooooooo FUN! There were three gals and three guys at our table. The gals somehow "forced" the guys to buy us all ice creams. One guy relented first and the other two were automatically pressured to do the same. They fished out two ringgit each and we gals walked happily to the ice cream corner to buy six sticks of ice cream potong. My jaws ached so much not just because the ice cream was so cold but also because we laughed so much. 
6. Today I found a guy who eats like a hundred times slower than me. But the same guy eats ice cream two hundred times faster than me!!!
7. A friend of mum's apologized to me out of the blue for hurting my feelings earlier. I had vowed to not let mummy invite her to my wedding (not that I have a boyfriend yet) but I guess I might change my mind now. It's amazing how a few humble words can make such an incredible change. =)
8. I only realised Norgesic makes me very dizzy and nauseous. Didn't know it was so evil. 
9. My nose's been "running" badly these two days and I've used up so many pieces of tissue paper that all the rubbing's made it rather sore now. My fever has finally gone off today. Thank God! 
10. Daddy made really really really yummy brownies I think I'm gonna get fat eating them!
11.  My new employee badge isn't as nice as I like it to be. I can't understand why in the world do people like to use flashes while taking a photograph. Flashes make me look horrible! And that's the very reason why I look so thin and pale and ghost-like in my badge photo. *sob*
12. I'm now used to driving on big roads and ignoring all the honking of impatient cars behind me. I guess I drive too slowly but at least I drive within the speed limit. Let them get all the summonses. bleh. =P

Mummy and Daddy are watching The Mummy now and I can't wait to join them so I guess that's all for now. :)
