An update in the middle of an exam week

I've been studying the whole day for my next paper on Wednesday. We didn't have any lectures at all for this subject throughout this whole semester. Just some unguided labs and a project. And so this leaves me with lots of uncertainties on what's coming out for this paper. Plus, with this being the first semester this subject is taught in UTP, there aren't any past year papers to do. This is scary...I suddenly feel like a guinea pig. Like our batch is the test specimen for some experiment or something. Really hope I'll get through this paper well. Anyway, we've all already passed this paper 'cos our coursework marks are 60% and this finals only holds 40% of our marks. But I still want to do well. Oh God, let Your will be done. =)

I've been eating so much while studying I think I'm gonna grow fat soon! Biscuits, kuih kapik, keropok, cake, nuts, sweets, raisins...

I felt real bored being cooped up in my room the whole day and decided to go roller blading this evening at Pocket C carpark. But lo and behold, my roller blades decided to play a trick on me today. The brake on my right blade suddenly came out of its hinge. Well, the blame shouldn't be put on the blades alone, the road was pretty uneven on that spot. And I was looking out for three of my hornbill friends as well. So it was partly my fault too. I stumbled and grazed both my hands and my right knee. =( Knee guards were suggested but I'd feel so uncomfortable blading in them. Like...lots of restrictions and no more freedom....

Lesson learnt:
  1. Do not go roller blading during your exam week.
  2. Do not go looking up in the trees for hornbill friends while roller blading on uneven road.

A kind friend jogged to the clinic to get me some meds for the grazed knee. Am really touched. Thanks. =)
