Mummy's flower garden...

One thing I'm gonna miss a lot when I'm back in UTP is playing in Mummy's garden and admiring her orchids. The amazing thing is that almost all of the orchids bloomed when I was home for my holidays. Here are some pics of these beautiful flowers...

These look like pretty dainty ladies dressed in really flair skirts (dark red with yellow lace trimmings) and big headgears. =P

These are ladies dressed in purple. Their skirts are more flair than those above (or maybe they're fatter? =P). These two are the newest of the batch. Daddy bought them from Cameron Highlands.
These are BIG and bright. I helped Mummy choose them at Pulau Tikus market. =)

These orchids were the first to bloom when I returned. I watched them bloom one by one with much excitement. They're the lightest coloured ones among the lot. Pretty~
I was afraid these wouldn't bloom in time for me to see them before I left for UTP. And...they bloomed a few days before. They're really pretty...the yellow in the middle creates a beautiful contrast with it's purple petals.

I love these flowers. They look so delicate, fragile and pretty. I like the zig-zag edges of their petals. A pretty pattern for a dress, don't you think? =) I think God's a really great artist to create all these pretty flowers...each with its own unique beauty...

This plant resides on the swing and doesn't have any flowers, but it's special because it's fallen in love~~~ It's leaves were originally star-shaped with white edges like those below. But after it fell in love with the money plant above it, it started producing heart-shaped leaves instead...without white edges!!! Pure green. He's name has therefore changed from Star Leaf to Lovey Dovey. >.<

Here's some pics taken just for fun. Some memory of home before I leave for uni. =)
